摘要 目的：对参梅健胃胶囊制备工艺进行研究。方法：采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油，以挥发油收率为指标，考察浸泡时间、加水量、蒸馏时间对提取工艺的影响。采用L9(34)正交试验，以出膏率、柚皮苷含量为考察指标，对水煎提取工艺的主要因素—加水量、煎煮次数、提取时间进行考察。结果：药材加水5倍，浸泡4 h，蒸馏7 h提取挥发油；水煎工艺为煎煮2次，加水量分别为6倍、4倍，时间为2 h。结论：研究结果能够作为参梅健胃胶囊的制备工艺，并可以应用于产业化中。
