针刺结合资生汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果(3)
针刺胃俞和脾俞能够调节气血运行、增强强脾的运化功能，保护胃黏膜细胞，修复受损腺体组织[12]，改善脾胃血液循环，增加组织营养，降低毛细血管通透性；针刺中脘可缓解胃痉挛，抑制组织平滑收缩，诱生组织干扰素、抑制肿瘤坏死因子释放，增加脾胃抗体细胞数目，有益于修复受损的胃黏膜[13]；针刺内关、巨阙和足三里可以补脾益气、活血通窍，可改善血流变、增加胃脘组织血液循环，促进炎性反应吸收，阻碍炎性反应因子渗出。针刺上述穴位具有醒脾和胃、活血通络的功效。
综上所述，针刺结合资生汤加减具有健脾和胃、温阳通络、活血理气的作用，为治疗脾胃虚弱型CAG的有效方法，且未见明显不良反应。中医药治疗CAG疗效显著，在今后的研究过程中，将深入探讨其作用机制。本研究虽然疗效确切，但仍存在样本数量的不足，机制仍需要进一步深入研究。
